1 Within one month after receiving the product, if the product has any quality problems, you can ask for return
2 One month after receiving the product, if the product has a quality problem during the warranty period, we will help you repair it for free.
3 We do not accept return without any special reasons. Please understand.
1 Within one month, due to product quality problems that the products need to be returned to the factory for repair, we will bear the two-way freight and tax.Products that are shipped from overseas warehouses should be sent to the consignee address in Hong Kong if they need to be returned for maintaining.
2 The customer will cover any shipping and handling costs for 1-way shipping. CHUWI will choose the shipping method and carrier, and cover any shipping and handling costs for 1-way shipping back to the customer.
3 When you send back the product please choose the traceable shipping service and purchase the necessary insurance. We can not guarantee to receive the package.Because the long-distance transportation has objective risks.
4 Please pack the product which need to be repaired with original package including the accessories. Please do not forget to inform us the tracking number and the reason for changing or repair.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.;
- Damage to any returned product caused by improper packaging.
- Modifications to any part of the Product.;
- Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by CHUWI or with improper voltage or power supply.;
- Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of CHUWI.
- Damage to any product caused in transit or by improper handling on the shipping carrier.
