How will my delivery be shipped?
DHL/UPS function as our logistics partner to ship out CHUWI products form China. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Warranty

Return Policy

Products purchased from CHUWI authorized Marketplace sellers are subjected to the authorized Marketplace sellers’ return policy. Therefore, customers may contact the sellers for the return requests.

Product Warranty

Chuwi offers support via email ( aftersale@chuwi.com ) for consultations and after-sales support and 1 year warranty on its products, with free repair during that period. You would have to send the device to Hong Kong or Spain and bear the shipping costs, Chuwi will repair it and return it free of shipping costs. After the warranty period, the repair costs will run from your account.

Remedies

If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by CHUWI within the Limited Warranty Period, CHUWI will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either

(1)repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or,

(2)replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the products are sold by authorized Marketplace sellers, and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement hardware product or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

How To Obtain Warranty Service

A Warranty Service Order must be requested from CHUWI within Limited Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, contact CHUWI Service Team service@chuwi.com. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by CHUWI. In accordance with applicable law, CHUWI may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and CHUWI will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any

• Damage due to acts of nature, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like;
• Negligence;
• Commercial use;
• Modifications to any part of the Product;
• Damage caused by use with non-CHUWI products;
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
• Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by CHUWI or with improper voltage or power supply; or
• Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of CHUWI.

Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. No CHUWI reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
