Tôi gặp vấn đề về giao hàng tại Việt Nam

DHL thông báo tôi cần đăng kí kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm mới có thể thông quan, tuy nhiên trong các giấy tờ cần có thì tôi không tìm thấy Catalogue hay User Manual của Hi10 Max trong trang web của chuwi.
Hiện tại tôi cần làm gì để được thông quan sản phẩm. Nếu không thể thông quan khi tôi trả hàng có hoàn tiền lại không. Tôi cũng có gửi mail hỏi về vấn đề này nhưng chưa được phản hồi.

Me gusta mucho la calidad del pc, pero el teclado tiene errores con algunas teclas, puedo hablar específicamente de la tecla ctrl, que no funciona adecuadamente. Tampoco me gusta que se active la retroiluminación del teclado cada vez que se conecta la pantalla.

1. Where can we get the screen protector ?
2. Maybe you can make another windows tablet with better processor in the future (my wish 😁)

An Excellant Piece Of Kit!

If you want to buy something similar but alot cheaper than a surface pro. This is the way to go. Ok its not the fastest precessor on the planet but if you just need a tablet/laptop for browsing the web, emails etc this is certainly the one to buy. You won't find anything in this bracket any cheaper or more powerful. I would certainly pay the extra few quid for the keyboard which is really good for the money and the magnetic lock on feature is just first class. It does everthing I need & more , it's an absolute steel for the money. It also arrived in the uk within 5 working days!. Well done Chuwi. The first order could.t of gone any better and would definatley recommend this tablet without any hesitation. The first of many orders... I'm sure! Thank You So Much!
