However, the magnetic back cover is missing from the Chuwi hi10 max product.
No matter how much you search the box, it won't show up.
If you look at YouTube, you know that it is installed and released by default, but it seems to be missing during the preparation process.

H10 Max

Generally, I am pleased with my purchse, although I am puzzled as to what happened to the discount I originally thought I was getting. That aside the two things I am actually very unhappy with are: 1) The very short battery charge - possibly 3 hours on a charge. 2) The sound volume is much too low. I have to crank it all the way up close to maximum most of the time. There is one more issue I have a problem with and that is the weight.

You're right. Hi10 Max is our new product, it is better than the previous ones, but at the same time it has some problems. We would take your advice into consideration, maybe in the future we will improve it.

Very welkl built - excellent screen

The item is well built and the screen is very good. The only minor minus is the weak magnet on the back of the item. When I put the kickstand out the rear cover falls of uness I grip the item.
