CHUWI Mini PC usually boasts a stylish design, high-performance professional features and an incredible end-user experience for office and business, gaming, home entertainment, etc. CHUWI has re-released the LarkBox X, a mini-PC that was launched in February 2022. Initially, the mini-PC arrived for US$439 running Windows 10 Home an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U APU, along with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Now, CHUWI upgrades the LarkBox X processor to AMD Ryzen 7 3750H. Compared to the similar Ryzen 7 3700U, the 3750H offers a 20 Watt higher TDP and better performance under long load periods. The integrated dual-channel memory controller supports up to DDR4-2400 memory. The Picasso SoCs use the Zen+ microarchitecture with slight improvements, leading to 3% IPS (performance per clock) improvements. Furthermore, the 12nm process allows higher clock rates at similar power consumptions.
AMD states that the Picasso APUs are about 8% faster than their predecessors. Including the 35 Watt TDP, the 3750H should be a capable upper mid-range processor for gaming laptops, Mini PC etc.
This Larkbox X Gaming Mini PC originally adopted the Intel AC7265 wireless model, which supports a 2.4G/5G wireless connection(5G has a bandwidth of up to 867Mbps ); now, it Upgraded to AMD RZ608 WIFI 6, which goes up to 1.2 Gbps and relies on 80MHz bandwidth.
The new version of the Larkbox mini PC's Type-C port supports data transmission and DP extension. Other product parameters remain unchanged.
